Supportive Living…

Opportunity of North Central WI Inc. has been providing supportive living services in Marathon County since 1991. Our services have expanded by the recent construction of eight new Adult Family Homes in Portage and Wood Counties.  We operate small state licensed homes for people with disabilities in Marathon, Portage, and Wood Counties. 

Supportive Services include:

    • Outcome focused Individual Program Plans

    • Daily Living Skills

    • Community Integration

    • Personal Cares

    • RN over-sight

    • Staff trained as medical assistance personal care workers and receive state-approved CBRF training.
